Hi! First thing that stood out was the colouring on the hair and clothes; it's lovely. Next, the hands are awesome. They're big and beautiful, and more people should draw hands that big. I like the clothing design too.

Now, something about her left arm bothers me. I think it's that her left appears shorter than her right. I realize that foreshortening might have been the intention here, but the way the detailing for the sleeve on the upper arm is drawn, we're looking at it almost in profile. I'd retrospectively suggest repositioning that arm slightly to our right, giving that sleeve more curve, and thickening the upper arm near the elbow just slightly. It is, of course, finished, and it does look lovely! Just trying to find flaws.
